Who’s Fargo? The puzzle guy from that 1970’s PBS children’s show!

Even Fargo North would’ve been able to decode this. No Googling or college math required for the puzzle. Everything you need for decoding is right here on the page.

The cache is in a relatively new Forsyth County park. Terrain is mild to moderately steep. No fees.
