Welcome to Venus, the Earth's sister planet, and the second planetary stop on your Solar System tour of Connecticut! Enjoy your visit to Earth's twin.
If you were actually on Venus, you would be crushed to death (atmospheric pressure is over 90 times that of Earth) and incinerated (surface temperature is 850° Fahrenheit - even hotter than Mercury) by now. Another interesting Venusian fact - it spins so slowly its day is longer than its year. Hopefully it won't take you that long to find this planet. The cache is completely hidden from view and should remain so. When replacing the cache, please tuck it into the hiding spot so it is not visible even before replacing the rocks over the opening. Situational awareness is also required. Observations in your log on the behavior of Venusian muggles welcomed. Cache is conveniently located not far from I-95 as well as within walking distance of Metro-North's Greenwich station.
Venus is under three-quarters of the distance Earth is from the Sun. Just one more minute past Mercury in our example!
