In the past we have had some great "for the Gathering only" caches by Brogan & Killer Bee. They will help us out again. This year we have some Gifts from "Garmin" and some Gifts from "Dick's Sporting Goods" to be raffled. At about 1:30 we will have a short Introduction to Letchworth Caching from the Park Manager, Roland Beck. A GROUP PICTURE IS USUALLY TAKEN AFTER LUNCH. There will also be a bonfire or gathering of some sort in the camping area Saturday night with Jungle Hair, Spot 323, I think.

We expect to have much fun meeting our fellow cachers! I know there are a lot of "Newbies"!

Note: What we carry in we must carry out, so help with clean-up and carry out is assumed. I have a lot of plastic bags left from last year that we can use. We will allow some alcohol in moderation for adults, as before. (I had to sign a Permit for that. The State Trooper Barracks are right next door so watch your step. Hee! Hee!)
This event information will be added to and updated continuously until the day before the event. I am publishing the date early so you can start making plans, renting camping space, getting time off from work, marking your calendar, etc. as soon as possible.

AGAIN, HOW MANY IN YOUR GROUP AND WHAT CAN YOU BRING TO SHARE? YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN WITH TRAVEL BUGS, YOU MUST TRADE EQUALLY SO THERE ARE NO BUGS LEFT OVER! THERE IS AN OFFER TO GIVE BUGS A PRE X-MAS LIFT TO LONDON, SINGAPORE, BALI, OR NEW ZEALAND.
