This cache is located on a wonderful mountaintop overlooking Capri island and the Amalfi Coast.
Capri island may be reached by ferry from one of several ports, including Sorrento and Napoli. Make sure to shop around for the best price since passenger fares vary for a one way trip. Once on the island you'll need to make your way to Anacapri, which is a rather exciting bus ride up the side of a mountain. Get on the right side of the bus if you can and get off at Anacapri.
Onto the cache location.... You may choose to hike to the cache location or take a gondola. The hike is not difficult nor long, but there are some sections of road that approach 30°! So my recommendation might be to do the one way ride up the mountain and then hike back down (and I have rated the cache using this recommendation).
The cache is located near one of the popular viewpoints, but it has been hidden in such a way that you may easily recover it infront of other camera-happy tourists. Just make sure to take your camera along pretending to take a shot from a slightly different angle!
