Geocache Description:

Redemption: The act of buying back; to free from captivity by payment of ransom; to release from blame or debt.

The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse cache series resulted in an absolute flood of requests for additional caches. The hue and cry for something beyond DEATH was overwhelming. The masses have spoken and three more caches have been placed.

This is the SIXTH in a series of seven caches, each with its own container and web page. They are best enjoyed by visiting them in order so, to get the most cardiovascular benefit, first visit the fifth cache in this series: RECONCILIATION.

These last three caches in the series reflect the notion that Death is not the end for humankind. The idea that through reconciliation, redemption, and resurrection, life continues forward. These themes also offer the opportunity for plenty of discussion and contemplation about the vicissitudes of life. Do this while you take the pleasant walk between the seven caches.

The container is a small plastic box. It’s best suited for very small objects. If it is a tight fit, dump everything out first, remove and retain a large item, and then repack it by placing the logbook in first.

The terrain rating is based on my preferred approach. There may be an easier way. Depending on how much and how recently rain fell, bushwhacking could be necessary. If you stay on the dirt road it will take you within 65 feet of the cache. Have fun.

Remember Geocache Etiquette
1. Don’t leave blank space in the logbook. Use all available white space, including the back of each page. Use a line to separate your entry from the one above it.
2. Reseal the container tightly to keep out moisture.
3. Rehide carefully.
