Geocache Description:

This cache is located off a little used trail with an excellent view of the American River. Good for children of walking age.

This is a regular sized cache.

The cache IS located alongside private property, but there is approval from the owner (that being ME) for geocachers.

This is a good one for the kids!

There is a disposable camera in the cache--feel free to take a photo! Please leave the camera in the cache for others to take photos too. When the camera is used up I will upload the photos to my website. Thank you and have fun.

You will most likely encounter a golden retriever named Hunter who will follow you on your quest. He is a friendly dog and loves people.

**Note** Hunter the dog is no longer with us but we are keeping the cache in his honor** The Hill is now watched over by Max The Beagle--who tends to be a bit on the shy side.

There is some poison oak if you wander off the trail and mosquitoes can be a problem.
