If
you're like most people, over the course of your life you'll have accumulated a
lot of freebie give-away t-shirts. You know the kind -- the one you got
for taking part in the blood drive at work, the one you got for walking in the
COTS Walk in Burlington, the one you got when you went to that conference in
Toledo, the one you got at that trade show. After a while, they pile
up and you wind up donating them to some clothing bank or another, but before
you know it, your closet shelf is stacked high again.
The purpose of this cache is to recycle those shirts.
-
Bring a clean, undamaged
t-shirt. It can be any size, youth or adult. We've placed Ziploc
gallon-sized bags in the cache container -- fold the one you're leaving and
put it in a bag and mark on the outside what size it is.
-
Take a t-shirt with you.
-
You are welcome to drop off and pick up travel bugs from this cache but otherwise, please, no other kind of
trade items -- just shirts!
The cache is on private property. You're
absolutely welcome to go up the paved driveway and park at the top and hunt the cache. The container will probably be somewhat obvious.
Just please search during the between sunup and sundown. It's okay to come at first light or at dusk, but not when it's actually dark out.
