Our county seems to be ever expanding with new opportunities; you can find new commercial development just about everywhere you turn. This area, which was once very rural, has become a hotbed of new housing and commercial expansion. In the short time I have been here we have come a long way in becoming an urban metropolis.
This is an area certainly experiencing a large amount of growth. There has been a great influx of new commercial development to St Mary's County, especially along route 235. New coffee shops and restaurants crop up monthly. Of course, the expansion of some major businesses into our town was bound to happen as more and more folks move to the area to work in our nations capital. This cache can be found in what is definitely considered the hub for much of the new commercial growth.
This is our first in the Commercial Expansion series. The location is prime for a little urban geocaching fun! This micro may require a bit of hunting, but may possibly be a cache and dash for some. Do take care when locating the hide; this area is heavily traveled by muggles in search of some warm refreshments.
PLEASE NOTE: You will likely need to employ a little stealth to get the job done. Muggles will be nearby and watching you! Make sure that you put the container back exactly as found.
