At base of the monolith rock.
One of 3 Cache City caches in the pinnacles. The parking area along hwy. 173 is just past the 4th directional arrow road sign. Ignore the road closed signs; that's way up ahead. When you go past the Right Arrow and Left Arrow that are close together, look to your left. There is access through the fence. The cache is to the left, less than 600 feet from the parking area. It is a mini mint container. When placed it contained: First to Find California Quarter, Blue Sailboat, Green Palm Tree, Blue Fish, Blue Starfish, Purple Sea Horse, Purple Fish, Red Parrot
