Thirty minute walk through forest and by beaver ponds. Parking available at N44°19.944' W076°14.170' just off Deer Ridge Road (from Highway 2).
Nice view of beaver ponds from cache site, which is south of the red diamond trail. Wear rubbers in the spring.
There are many hiking trails in the area which lies in a wetland between the 401 and the railway track. Beware of ATVs and hunters in season.
Stay left most of the trail. Get off trail in small stand of Red Pine 60 M from cache.
