Situated in the West Cross area of Swansea. The area is extremely
muddy in wet weather, as drainage is not that great..so bring your
wellies or walking boots. Area is well used by dogwalkers and
children, so beware of Muggles. The area has a great deal of
birdlife (owls and woodpeckers recently) and you may stumble upon
squirrels and foxes. You can stick to the path for most of the
search. In spring the area has many bluebells and wild garlic.
After visiting the cache today 24th Jan 2009 I checked the co-ords
and according to my Garmin 60CSx at ground zero I was 3 feet from
the cache with a 12ft error from the satellites. The cache is
hidden as it always has been and I have added extra spoiler photos.
For those of you who use a bus to get to caches, then I would
recommend a 2, 2A or 3A bus which will drop you off at Liliput
Lane..
Once found the cache a medium tupperware box contains the
following:
A Log book pen and pencil. and a few swops
Please replace the logbook in the ziploc bag to try and keep it
dry.
