Replaced with new cache, log book, and trinkets Oct. 19, 2023 Park at N43 deg 34.649 min W71 deg 22.222 min and take the Lakeview trail, or better yet take the Quarry Trail with a stop at "Laker Mike's Quarry" cache and leave the best for last.

The "Beautiful Water in a high place" is said to be the translation of the Indian name for the largest lake in NH. The location of this cache provides one of the best views of this lake, it's islands, and the surrounding mountains. The cache is a large metal ammo box. It contains a logbook with pen and pencils, and a variety of trinkets, stickers, and many pictures of visitors to this cache etc. that change as time goes on and visits accumulate. Look through the pictures and see if you can find yourself from prior visit. Also please don't relocate cache. Once in the vicinity you will need to do a bit of scrambling. Stone chairs will tell you that you are in the right general area.
