Closest to the cache are the Korean War and the Spanish American War memorials. In the island the World War I monument dominates the landscape as you enter town. Across the road, is the September 11th, 2001 memorial that not only remembers the 12 people from Westfield who died, but has the names of all +/- 3000 victims from that day etched into the sides of the glass monument. After you have signed the log and replaced the cache, you could do worse than spend a few minutes walking around.
The cache is NOT located within or close to the Railroad Right of Way. The cache itself is a small plastic container suitable for trading small items such as $wg's, cards, key rings etc. You won't be able to leave golf balls, beanie babies or the like in this one. There are likely to be lots of shopping, jogging and dog walking geo muggles, so please be discrete and rehide as best you can.
