Over the Walh Traditional Cache

The cache has been moved to a new and safer site.
Note the fresh water clam shells about 3 feet down from the top of the bank to your right as you approach the railroad crossing. Ospreys use many types of nesting material and have been seen with good sized fish at their nest. As you approach the obvious parking spot, check out the apple tree to the west that has been covered by sand so now looks like a bunch of bushes.
Be sure to drive an extra kilometer to visit the old townsite.
There shouldn’t be any Rattle Snakes at this site but still use caution when extracting the cache, you never know who or what might like the spot too.
