While you can access this cache with the family sedan or mini van, you will need at least high clearance, 2-wheel drive to enjoy this area, and the many caches it offers.
You are looking for a DeCon container.
This cache is located on an end of the Bear Valley Loop Trail, which has other access points. This is a fun and scenic area in the East County. Watch out for others enjoying this route, as a vast amount of this trail is open to off-road enthusiasts on green sticker vehicles(dirt bikes, quads, etc.), and they DO avail themselves of it.
