Located on a secluded pristine and lovely beach at the eastern end of St Croix accessible only by hike. GPS signal great.
Authorized access to Jack’s and Isaac’s Bay is now from the trailhead at the top of Point Udall Road. There is parking. Trail leads down to a beautiful and often empty Isaacs Bay (great for picnicking and sunbathing) and and then continues southwest to Jacks Bay maintained by the Nature Conservancy. Trails are clear and marked. Take either the trail or the the beach route but not advisable to tackle either at high noon. Cache is a mile or more fr the parking area and it’s HOT midday. Whenever you go, wear a hat, bring plenty of water and sun tan lotion. Take a swim and/or snorkle, but watch out for the sea urchins and mind the turtle nesting areas.
