Geocache Description:

This cache is designed to be a quick exit OFF and BACK ON to SR-3. GPS readings are a little unsteady under the tree cover.

N.A.D. Park (Naval Ammunition Depot Park)

6002 Kitsap Way
• 54 acres
• Disc Golf Course (Follow the links to learn more - (visit link) or (visit link)
• 1,320 linear feet of trails
• Play area
• 5 picnic tables
• 1 BBQ
• 3 horseshoe pits
• Restroom
• 5 unmarked parking spaces

Once you find this Depot, it shouldn't take you much more than 15 minutes out of your way to stop, exchange, drop off or grab Travel Bugs.

Traveling NORTH on SR-3, take the Austin Drive Exit and take a LEFT at the stop. Traveling SOUTH, take a RIGHT at the stop. Park by or close to the Boy Scout Building. The trail starts behind it.

The Tribe would appreciate it if you could leave at least 2 or 3 TB's in the cache so the next cacher will have something to trade for. You can EXCHANGE as many TB's as you wish and you may deposit as many as you like.

This depot is intended for Travel Bugs, but feel free to leave Signature items, Where's George Dollars, GeoCoins or GeoTokens.

If the TB you are leaving doesn't have a mission or destination attached. Please attach a note stating it's purpose. It is a shame to get home and find that you can't send it on toward it's original goal.

The cache is a 6qt rubbermaid type container in a plastic garbage sack. Please replace it as you found or better.

It is an excellent walking path. But can be a little muddy during or after a rain.
