This is the ghost of Matthew. He was once a wonderful staff at Camp Wawona (whose property you are now on). He later died and a memorial was placed in the (clue) as this was one of his favorite places.
This also is one of my favorite places. I love to sleep out under the stars in the sand. God is in this place.
