This cache is dedicated to Belwig who was the catalyst that got me rolling in geocaching. For this he deserves to have a cache named after him. It's not really his type of cache as he is more crafty, but he and I have enjoyed this type many times.
You need to find Martin's Dairy Rd. off Turnbull Bay Rd. The parking lot is located at the end of this road. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the trail map on the bulletin board at the trail head. The cache is at the location on the map called "The Point". This is a GREAT mountain biking area, but the trails are designated multi use which includes hikers and horses. If you take the short route they claim it is 1.4 miles one way. If you take advantage of the interesting, less direct trails, it would be about a 5 mile round trip. If you do all the caches in the area, it could be 7-8 miles. Come prepared as there are no facilities at the parking area or on the trails. No bushwacking except for the last few feet to get it off the trail and away from prying eyes.
The cache is an ammo box with some trading items in it and a FTF buck. Co-ordinates can be a challenge due to the canopy. The cache is hidden enough to prevent muggles. You don't have to beat the bushes to find it, but it is a forest.
