The cache is NOT at the listed coordinates. In fact, it is not particularly close to them. To find the actual coordinates, you will need to solve the (easy) puzzle below.
The cache site is wheelchair accessible whenever the snow is gone. The container is a small container. The cache and the puzzle are designed to go against my nature and be easy, so please don't overanalyze them.
