Geocache Description:

An easy stroll to a pleasant, secluded, picnic area overlooking a lagoon.

Part of the terrain difficulty is the mosquitoes. More recently, the path has overgrown, so ticks may also be a problem. Wear socks and take repellent. There may be a fee ($1.00 per person or $2.00 per car) for access to the area on summer weekends - April through September. Bicycles are welcome - this is at the end of a new bicycle trail. Bring fishing gear, bathing suit, and/or hiking/wading shoes. Look for Mash Cache II if you feel adventurous.

When leaving, be sure and hide the cache as well as possible, because there are small muggles about from time to time. Also screw the cap on tight to discourage raccoons and foxes.
