Geocache Description:

It is not necessary to go into the nearby hardware store to log this cache. However, you are really missing something if you don't stop in for a look.
It's called Henne Hardware, and it was built in 1893. From looking around, it appears that neither the outside nor the inside has changed very much.

Check out the original tin ceiling and original wooden floors. You will also see items in here that were very useful, I'm sure, for the rural area that this store once served. This whole place seems to be stuck in a time warp. Great for kids who have never seen old hardware items.
Don't miss the pulley system that once was used for customers to make transactions before there were cash registers at the front. Cache is in a very muggley area, so watch out!

Now, how stupid is this? I bought a magnetic keyholder to place under the item that hides the cache, only to find out it is not magnetic. DOH!
Nearby bench where you can sit and sign in. Bring your own pen!
