Cashed in my tupperware shares for this one, 2L sized container with camouflage duck-tape.
This cache is located at Kamview Nordic Centre, where there are over 28 km (17 mi) of beautifully groomed trails. The trails can be used for both classic and cross-country skiing. 5.5 km (3.4 mi) are lighted for night skiing. Summertime use of the trails includes hiking and mountain biking. Any potential (in Thunder Bay? Not!)wintertime cachers may need to purchase a trail pass.
In the summer, regular Wednesday night runs are held here, starting at 6:30 p.m.
Follow the groomed trails towards "Sundial". If inclined after finding the cache, continue on up to the Lookout. This extra leg of the hike will require a bit more effort than the relatively gentle trails.
There is plently of wildlife along these trails, keep your eyes peeled!
A First-to-Find card is included in the container, along with an American Geocoin to add to your stats.
