The trick with this one is not finding the caches, but getting there. So close, and yet so far . . .This easy multi is a set of written coords and 16 oz. sandwich size camo'd tupperware designed to blend in with the surroundings. It's meant to get you exploring a neighborhood you've probably not visited before. Start to end: 750 ft. Please replace final out of sight. Muggle prone.
Most of Berkeley is set up on a grid that makes it pretty easy to get around and anticipate where you need head to get there. As you head towards the hills, history and geography work against this approach. Here's a little hill in the middle of a neighborhood that you've probably not been to before. Let's just say there's been a municipal conspiracy to keep you from finding it. As always, half the fun is getting there. Be prepared for several beautiful views.
The first stage is in a neighborhood you'll probably recognize. There is an historical plaque detailing the history of the location. The historical plaque is at: N37 51.520, W122 15.061. Not far from that plaque are the coordinates for the second stage, which is a short walk from there. Total distance about 750 ft. Due to the limited pedestrian traffic near the final cache area, please be discreet and quiet in retrieving and replacing the cache. The cache is on public property. It is camo'd to blend in. You do not have to cut through anyone's yard or bushes. Stay on the pathways. Please replace carefully to prevent unintentional discovery.
