A magnetic now. Geo-stealth will be necessary, this is muggle hell. This is a new location in the same area. Stealth is still important but not as much as before.
The difficulty rating reflects how much muggle traffic is here during daylight hours. Just act like you know what you are doing I don't think anyone will bother you.
