The search for the cache will take you on a loop trail around Echo Lake State Park off West Side Road in North Conway. You will have awe inspiring views across the Lake to White Horse Ledge. Total distance is less than a mile.
This relatively easy 3 stage multi cache will reward you with a fine sand beach, clear water for swimming, picnic tables, rest rooms and above all the jaw dropping view across the lake. Hiking on the trails here is good any time of year. There is a parking fee in the summer, but if you park outside the gate near stage 1 there is no fee. Bring binoculars to see the rock climbers on White Horse Ledge.
Stage 1 and 2 are film canisters. Stage 3 is an ammo can with the usual trading items. Good for kids! There are often many muggles in the area so be discreet.
