This cache is located in the Town of Salem N.H. Town Forest trail system.
The cache is an ammo box placed by Cub Scout Pack 409 from Salem, NH. Original contents include 7 scouting patches, 5 knots (Monkey Fist & Turk's Head knots) and a wooden fleur-de-lis (international scouting symbol). The cache is a short distance off the well worn trails. Caution: Hunting (Bow & Muzzle loader) is permitted from November 15 to December 15. Wear hunter's orange if hiking during these time periods.
