The terrain really isn't that bad.
One hour stroll.
You're looking for a 1 litre bright orange container. The park is a bit over 1000 hectares and would appear to be pristine bush. Access is from the northern edge, pick anywhere along the road, which is where you park. Take water if it's warm. I suggest being here at sunset on a clear day with little wind. The view is pretty good and it is amazingly peaceful at the end of the day.
With hindsight I would suggest a meditation theme but don't worry too much about the swapping, I'll update it later. Initial contents don't match this but do include a Washington GeoCoin.
