Morrison Formation Traditional Cache

This cache is located near the Morrison Formation only a short hike from the main road. If you take a direct hike toward the cache, you will cross a flat where, years ago, we used to hunt dinosaur bone and gizzard stones. A friend of ours even found an egg nearby. This area dates back 135 million years - the Jurassic Era - when the dinosaurs ruled!
Please park on the road and hike to the cache - no ATV's or Dirt Bikes - as the area is very vulnerable. If you want to hunt for dinosaur bone, a rock hammer would help.
