Follow the pathway down the hill until you reach the lake at the bottom – signposted as ‘Long Walk’ and yellow arrows (you will join this path if entering from the gardens).
At the lake, turn right and follow the orange arrows, leading to the cache.
This walk is circular (aprox. 2 1/2 miles, 2 miles if steps are retraced - shorter but steeper), so once the cache has been found, you have the option to continue on following the orange arrows.
The cache is a plastic container.
