Lake Pomme De Terre
----No need to open any doors, or move any bricks---- Fortunately,
there's a bench close by to help you out. Pomme de Terre, or
potato, was named after a native tuber that resembled the potato.
This plant was probably a Apios americana or potato bean,
and was used as food by the Indians. The literal translation is
Apple of the Earth. Stop by and enjoy the beautiful view
here!
Check out Pomme De Terre
and
Pomme De Terre Corp info for more info. Enjoy your stay
at Pomme De Terre! **As required by the Corps of Engineer's,
permission was granted to place this cache. Many thanks to the CoE.
