It looks like the battle is over. The council has decided to
keep the road closed... for now.
Subsequently they moved the gate about 100m down the hill from
the cache, so you can't drive right up to it anymore.
Therefore I have increased the terrain rating by half a star
because you have to walk uphill for about 100m. I've also increased
the difficulty rating by half a star because past visitors have had
trouble getting perfect satellite reception. You DON'T need to go
down into the gully. It's right next to the road - so don't go into
a rage!
The following is the text that was relevant when the locals
were in a fury
Well, this is the road that all the locals are battling the
council over. You could not fail to notice the signs on the way in
and the councillor who is the target of their wrath.
There is another gate at the top of the road at Woronora
Heights.
You never know, if this cache generates enough traffic, the
locals may really have something to complain about.
