Day Use Now Gets Use Traditional Cache
New York Admin: Regrettably there has been no response from the cache owner placing me in a position where I must archive this cache. Caches archived by a reviewer or HQ staff for lack of maintenance or failure to respond can not be unarchived.

Update (4/3/2016): I had to change the title of this cache from "Day Use Gets No Use" to "Day Use Gets Use" due to the fact that something has finally been done with this location since I placed the cache back in 2005. It stood rather barren for awhile with a sign on 28 stating "Day Use Area", but now the Catskill Interpretive Center graces its fields and once empty driveways.
There are hills, rocks, mud, and streams in the area where the cache is placed, so wear appropriate footwear (when it's dry, the terrain may be bumped down to a 2.5)
The cache is a plastic container with just a few things inside. I am a big collector of keychains (I currently have a long link of them which extends about 35 feet) so any keychains deposited will be most appreciated!
