03/13/2020 - Due to construction, a temporary container has been placed outside of the construction zone. You will now be looking for a bison tube where fence meets wall.
The Lauretta Wasserstein Sculpture Garden incorporates remnants of CSUN's Parking Structure C which collapsed during the 6.7 magnitude Northridge Earthquake on January 17, 1994. Entitled "Post-Tension", it is a testament to the human strength and courage to overcome the natural disaster that once gripped this region. The garden was dedicated on January 17, 2003, by the family and friends of Lauretta Wasserstein, a former healthsciences faculty member who died of breast cancer.
"The garden is supposed to be a place for campus people and members of the community to come and sit and marvel at the wonders of art and nature working together, and to know that something positive and creative came out of catastrophe." - CSUN Vice Provost Philip Handler

So come on out to the CSUN campus and spend some time marveling at the wonders of "Post-Tension" for yourself. The cache has been stocked with a log book & pencil and there is a WG $1.00 for the FTF.
Good luck & Happy caching!
