A nice two stage Multi to help fill those boring summer days.
All of you cachers that live in Chittenden County I’m sure avidly followed the recent exploits of our sewer scuba diving heroes. Yes fans it’s true we had a minor leak (only about 500,000 gallons a day of raw sewage) pouring into the Winooski River. Of course this job was not completed on the first dive instead divers repaired and then found more leaks as us residents downriver awaited the arrival of little floaters in the water. Being a resident of the down river metropolis of Colchester I thought it only fitting that we should place a cache in honor of this smelly event. If you know where this event took place then you will have no problem parking but for others take care and do not park on the highway there is plenty of parking near the river. The cache is only two parts starting with a micro and ending with a Kraft Mayo container. There is room for small trade items only. A couple of words of warning for you all:
1. This is a high poison ivy area so be wise with your clothing.
2. If it rains it will be extremely muddy here so keep that in mind.
3. If you like mosquitoes you will be in heaven here otherwise bring lots of bug spray, I guarantee it will be needed.
4. Both stages of the cache can be located from the parking area there is no need to go unto the main road.
5. Because of metallic interference you may need to use caching sense to find the first stage.
6. There are also lots of CITO opportunities here so feel free to help the enviroment.
So there you are folks another fun cache for you to do. Wizbang and I both hope that you will enjoy our first “Multi” and have great success. For you first finder maniacs there are actually two in this cache. First a bottle of "Sink The Stink" detergent. This is used primarily on wetsuits but can be used on any really smelly item. In addition there are three Vt. lotto tickets to scratch and win. Take which ever you wish and you could be rich or just plain smell better.
I lost my stash of pencils in the woods somewhere so one of you first finders please bring an extra or two and leave them behind.
