Geocache Description:

A micro cache hidden near Weeting Castle - a 12th century ruin with a three story high tower in Weeting, near Brandon. Despite the name, it was not a castle but a fortified manor house with a large open hall and an attached two-storey chamber block. The castle was thought to be abandoned in 1390 and is now owned by English Heritage. The castle is open all year, and entry is free.

The new cache has now been placed. The published co-ordinates are for the closest car park, but the new cache location has been saved as a waypoint. For further info visit here to read more about Weeting Castle.
