Geocache Description:

"As the Nazi war machine progressed through Europe hunting Jewish peoples to be sent to concentration camps, those lucky enough to escape were sent to this one of twenty six such internment camps in Canada as their loyalty was questioned. During the second phase, the camp was used to house a larger group of Prisoners of War. This camp is located in Minto, and is the only one located in the Maritime Provinces." Excerp from Government of New Brunswick - Culture website

The cache is near the only visible structure left after the closing of the camp in late 1945.

Cache contains usual Dollar Store trinkets, logbook and pencils.
If you are vertically challenged, help will be required. Please make sure to hide well, thanks.
