Geocache Description:

A fairly straight forward two stage multi.

Just in time for the 2nd Annual Richmond Rally. This cache is a straight forward multi cache with the first stage pointing to the last. The first stage does not have a log. The cache contains some time related items to keep in line with it's name along with some other goodies to commemorate the day.

FTF prize is a beautiful Rolex from a questionable manufacturer in Taiwan.
