Are you prepared for lots of dust? A plastic container hidden at the area where stages four and seven of day one of the rally Acropolis 2005 takes place.
The area of the cache is at the gravel road between the villages Elatia, Zeli and Karya.
Please have in mind that it is prohibited to enter with your car nearby the cache, at day one of the race, the 24th of June 2005, because the cars of the World Rally Championship will be contesting for the rally Acropolis at this very stage. Of course all the other days of the year, you can go nearby the given coordinates with your car.
The cache is a plastic container in a plastic bag and contains a log book, a pen, a pencil and some goodies to trade.
Please take a note of the validation code that I have written at the back of the lid.You will have to send me by e-mail this code to accept this cache as found.
If you are a really fanatic of the WRC event, then you may be at the area during the 24th of June. Bring with you a hat, some cloth to put on your nose not to breathe the dust and lots of water supplies. Combine your beloved hobbies, geocaching and WRC spectating from this spot.
Safety:The point that the cache is hidden is 20 meters away from the gravel road and away from any possible dangerous car exit. Please be aware that spectating the cars from closer it may be dangerous. Do not attempt in any way to walk at the gravel road while the cars are in the stage for the testing. They pass in two minutes intervals, so keep your mind at the road all the time ! ! !
Enjoy Sebastian, Markus, Markko, Peter and the other guys from the WRC family and hear their monster cars as they scream passing by this selected spot!
