On this site from 1942-1946 the Wellsville Yankees played. They were a member of the New York - Penn Farm League. In subsequent years they played under the names Nitros, Senators, Rockets, Braves and Red Sox. While playing under most of these names they were affiliated with major league ball clubs such as the New York Yankees, etc. The team concluded in 1965.
Micro is hidden in plain site, blends in well with the surroundings. BEWARE of muggles! Many games are played here. Please bring your own pen.
