from Opening Doors at 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM, leaving the afternoon
free for GeoCaravaning!
Remember, it's all about the Number...
We hope
to get 50 people here.
will be providing hotdogs hot off the grills, buns, condiments,
and paperplates (I think). I'll
provide a commemorative
cake, a big cooler of what we Scouters (did you notice
2/3s of Scouting is Outing
) like to call Bug Juice, and
plenty of plasticware. Kat
shouldn't know this, but she'll be
providing that Survivor-Slaw-which-can-be-Scooped and
probably some of that East-Meets-West-for-Bean-Dip dip,
too. Anything else you could bring to share
would be GREATly appreciated by all!
Please help if you can!
This just posted: Speaking of "helping family in SE FL",
GEMA (that's the G.eocachers
E.mergency M.anagement A.gency) has requested we collect useful
items for those members of our GXing family (like OBJets and the
Littles
especially) who will not be able to join
us because they were hit SOooo hard by unWelcome Wilma.
If attendees would please donate
bottled water, nonperishable food, gas cans, gas gift cards
, perhaps a toy or two, or even
donate some cash (no, not cache this time), top GEMA officials
will personally guarantee it will ALL get to some of our newly
needy GXing family members on your behalf. Thanks for anything
and everything you are willing to donate.
Hey, did you notice this
