This is rated a 5 because Stehekin can only be reached by boat, private airplane or very long hike. From the ferry landing it is about 3.5 miles on fairly level good road/trail.
The cache is a rubbermaid container. Original contents were the log book with pencil and sharpener, a cedar loon, paduk wood book mark, pencil with cow eraser, candle from Greece, Fairy Tale Maze book, Picture frame, Old Maid card game, Crayons, motif candle, bracelet, phillips head drill bit, frog ear rings.
The view is worth the walk even if you don't find the cache.
