Rocky Brook Multi

This is a two-part multicache, located in the Douglas State Forest close to the northeast corner of Connecticut. The first stage are now numbered tree tacks (see photo below). There are two rows of numbers. Each row is comprised of 2 tacks. In the top row, subtract the 3 digits from N42º 01.509. In the bottom row, subtract the 2 digits from W071º 47.675. This will give you the coordinates to the Final. Even you can just jump out of the car and find part one, take time to enjoy this nice brook before continuing on.
The second stage is a large ammo can. It is an easy walk on a well defined trail. The true purpose of this is for you to enjoy the surroundings. Maybe you can even try some fishing here.

Use caution during hunting season. Be sure to wear orange during that time of year.
A little bit of bushwacking is required at the end. I didn't see any poison plants in the area.
