24/7 but would be difficult after dark or with snow. Watch your step and fast cars. There is safe parking very close.

A clear Rubbermaid container with a blue lid. Placed inside a 1/2 mesh black bag to help conceal.
PLEASE USE EXTREME CAUTION IF YOU BRING CHILDREN. The traffic moves way too fast here.
