This cache is in the Echo Ridge Ski/Mountain Bike trail system, near Lake Chelan.
This cache is especially for mountain bikers, but hikers can find it via a pleasant hike in this trail system. Great views of lower Lake Chelan, Chelan Butte, Washington Creek and points west. This trail system is heavily used by mountain bikes in the summer and skiers in winter. The cache is located at a viewpoint with a nice sitting rock to rest and enjoy the view. Usually, there is a cooling breeze which is very welcome after the bike ride. Take Trail 1294 (Ridge Runner) from the trailhead, then follow the sign to the view point.
