Geocache Description:

[Original Write Up] I've moved the cache closer to the other end of the trail; we'll see if that keeps all the jack-caches from driving their vehicles on the trail. This biking/walking trail runs between Victoria and Stone Roads on the east side of Guelph, but the title refers to the Stone Road entrance (parking at 43 32.777N 080 11.956W). This is a shared biking/walking trail, not a road; please park by the street.

Orly, our team namesake and avid geocacher, died this month, so the cache is a tribute to her. I'd like to keep it dog-related, so if you have anything for dogs, about dogs, or with the likeness of a dog, please trade it. This is my first cache, so there's nothing particularly challenging about it, just a basic hike to get me in the game. Part of the trail runs parallel and close to railroad tracks, but the cache is well away and they don't need to be crossed. The cache is a camo'd L&L container.

UPDATE April 2017: Cache has been replaced, and is now a micro container slightly larger than a film canister. It has been wedged in a multi-trunk tree, about a foot off the ground. Please recover with natural camouflage when re-hiding. In the spirit of the original hide, if you have brought your geo-dog with you, please consider posting a photo of your 'Doggy's smile' with your log entry.</>
