Geocache Description:

Micro cache located in a small park in Schenectady, New York.

The cache itself is a microcache with only a log strip inside. Bring your own pen or pencil to sign the log. The coordinates listed are for the sign to the park. You must decode the following for the actual coordinates:

Beware of many muggles nearby and possibly in the park and be extra stealthy as the park is viewable from every direction!

The park is closed at 9pm nightly, so please be out of there before then. There are signs posted to this effect.

Edit: I sort of typo'd the coordinates in the coded clue, ack! Special thanks to tenebrus for pointing out my messup. It is now fixed.
