Geocache Description:

Did you know this water tank was here? If you know what it is used for let me know!

The FTF on this one will be finding themselves a good kid's play toy. This LG phone has had its history with water, which is part of the reason for picking this location for the cache site. See, this phone was dunked one too many times, which is why it doesn't turn on. Here it is back near an interesting body of water.
The cache is located in San Antonio Heights, Upland near a water retention basin. You are looking for a clear tupperwear container somwhere down low. Good luck!
