We pass this spot regularly and have never seen anyone sitting on this bench. It is a very nice spot, with a Grandview when you are surrounded by the Southwest Vistas' Reno has to offer. We could not pass up the opportunity to place a cache here.
The theme of this cache is Fortunes. Enjoy your local Chinese Restaurant but don't forget to take your cookies with you to the cache, relax and enjoy the view.
