Preachers Camp Fire Fork Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

walnut-tripper: Checked on it today with the dogs. All the sticks were neatly stacked without a cache underneath. Damn kids and hillbillies playing around with it again just like they did last summer. Well then, I will archive it. Too much illegal activity here anyway. Don't worry the rangers and BSP know about it, but it's hard to catch people at night. I'll talk to Ranger Mahony about placing another cache here in the park...hint: I'm thinking the same side of the lake!

Geocache Description:

One of my first caches on this trail. Hope you enjoy the trail as much as I do. I've been on this trail more than a dozen times, and I rarely see a soul. Except of course on the lake fishing!

Parking options: from 209, go north on Trachsville Rd. Parking will be near the bridge @ N40 53.233 & W 075 32.216 OR from 209, turn onto Preacher's Camp Rd. Park in the lot @ N40 52.459 & W 075 34.464. Depending on your approach, you may experience changes in terrain, altitude changes, and many dry/wet creek crossings. Parents with children should be cautious.

Cache is a rectangular tupperware container with duct tape. There is a related FTF prize to the cache's name. If possible, cache in & trash out!
